| 3 Heart Makers in action |
This happened this year in conjunction with the Living Shaman Museum and my exhibition. Thanks to Connie Graud securing the Pacific Room at Tides.Org, we were able to work in a beautiful space in the Presidio. There were 8 heart makers who dived deep into their hearts with a bit of creative writing guided by Mark Wangberg and his inspirational poetry. They set their intentions with this reflective exercise before I introduced them to a way to make a full, strong, clear and open hearts.
I love the way Angeles Arrien talks about the four chambered heart in her Four Fold Way.
The hearts are full of the creative spirit of the art maker, strong because we use plastic bottles as the base that gives the heart its shape, clear because the plastic and the papers are translucent and the intention is clear before we begin, and open to possibilities and connections that part of this transformative process. The conference room was filled with great heart energy and happiness.
